Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoofRender, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RoofRender provides roof visualization services. You upload a photo of a roof, select materials and colors, and receive a generated rendering showing the proposed changes. Renderings are for visualization purposes only and may not perfectly represent final results.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of renders per billing cycle. Unused renders do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including renewal charges, plan upgrades, and credit packs. Every account includes free renders and, for new Starter subscribers, a $1 first month so you can evaluate the service before committing. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund charges already made.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to roofing visualization. You must not upload images you do not have the right to use, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated renderings are provided for your commercial use in roofing sales and marketing. RoofRender retains no ownership claim over your generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

RoofRender is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate renderings, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
